What Are Plant Growth Regulators?

Plant growth regulators (PGRs) provide supplemental hormonal signaling to field crops during key developmental stages where yield potential is established. Applied alongside a planned herbicide or fungicide pass, EZ-Gro Prime and EZ-Gro Cyto deliver naturally occurring auxin and cytokinin activity, supported by salicylic acid and B- and C-group vitamins to help enhance stress tolerance and metabolic function. These active ingredients are already present within the plant — the formulations are designed to supplement that endogenous pool during developmentally critical windows, at a per-acre cost that compares favorably with alternative solutions.

If you’re interested in learning more about the EZ-GRO PGR solutions currently employed by Johnston’s Grain and how they may fit within your agronomic program, please reach out to our team. We would be happy to discuss product positioning, application timing, and how these technologies can support your operation throughout the growing season.
