We we’re back on the road this week, spending time in fields across the Prairies and seeing firsthand how this year’s crops are progressing. Every field has its own story, We’re digging roots, evaluating nodulation, assessing plant health and stand establishment, comparing conventional and regenerative management systems, and looking closely at how different agronomic decisions are performing under this season’s unique conditions.
The cool, wet start to the year has created challenges across many regions, making field scouting more important than ever. There’s no substitute for putting boots on the ground. The crop will always tell you more than a calendar or a forecast, and those observations help guide the right management decisions at the right time.
One of the best parts of these visits is the opportunity to learn alongside growers. Every conversation, every field, and every season adds another piece to the puzzle as we continue building practical knowledge that improves crop performance, strengthens soil health, and supports long-term farm profitability.
